Dr. (Prince) Ajay Prabhakar
Prince Ajay Prabhakar is an Africanist, Researcher, Author, Educationist and a
Child and Woman rights
activist. He has been in the
forefront of many activities and projects for the
welfare of the children, a notable one of them
being the "Education for every child" project. He is the author
of 3 books, The
Gram Code of African Adam: Stone Books and Cave Libraries,
Reconstructing 450,000 Years of Africa's Lost Civilizations,
They Lived before Adam
and
the Windows XP and Productivity Programs,
the Microsoft Handbook
which is currently being used in secondary schools and
universities in
Nigeria and for rural community development programs
in Africa. Apart from
being the Author of Gram Code of African Adam, he also has
about 66 publications of United Nations
and other organizations to his
credit.
He is also the spearhead of a Non Government Organization
for children and has partnered with various international
organizations for child rights advocacy. He has also
participated in the restoration and the sensitization of the
"African Culture" in various parts of Africa collaborating
with Global organizations like the Pan Africa Movement.

Doctor Ajay Prabhakar is a DSc holder from a University
in North Carolina. Ajay Prabhakar did his engineering in Software and
System Applications and is a Certified Systems
Engineer He has a list of other certifications and rich
experience in Information
Technology Management . He has also done his Masters in
Business Administration. Dr. Prabhakar started his career
working with Fortune 500 Company projects, namely Microsoft
(through Zen and Art Technologies) where he was a Senior
Project Manager.
He has a wide range of experience working with
Microsoft Technologies. He has also worked with ERP’s like SAP and various
other technology solutions like Siebel. He was also part of the Research and
development teams of Boston Technologies. He has worked with Canon, Alcatel
and Veritas (Major Solutions ) and storage technologies.
He has travelled the entire range of East Africa,
including countries like Kampala, Kenya, DR of Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania apart from countries in West Africa including Nigeria, Egypt and Benin Republic doing projects
both in the private sector and the government sector, some of which are
classified. During his research in Europe, he has also worked with Qua Brainly Museum in Paris and other reputable organizations in London, Amsterdam, Brussels and Germany. He has also been working with several universities in the United States of America
He was appointed as Manager
International Operations and Business Expansion by Mfi, a giant in Office Automation and Telecommunication, East
Africa. He has also supervised projects (Information
Technology) with commercial giants like Coca Cola, MTN (Uganda), and was
Manager of the Installations and Maintenance (IT) Office of
the President in Kenya. He has executed projects for United Nations in Kenya. He has headed
Information Technology Outsourcing Divisions for famous International banks
like American Express, Capital One, Providian, Household and
Prudential Insurance Services.
He also had the opportunity to work
with the Nigerian Presidency through the Para statal of Arts
and Culture under the Senior Special Adviser to the
President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Justifying the outstanding
contributions of this extraordinary intellectual, he has been
conferred the role of the "Ambassador of the African
Renaissance" by the Pan African group and also been
conferred the "Lifelong Vanguard of African Cause"
by the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Prince Ajay Prabhakar is the Country Programs Coordinator for the
UN Convention to Combat Desertification based at the UN Building, Bonn,
Germany. He handles several projects for the United Nations for the
achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
Prince Ajay Prabhakar is currently also the Project Head of the UNFAC team of
Culture Researchers-
Linguists, Anthropologists, Historians, IT specialists, Folklorists who are conducting research
aimed at unearthing the hidden meanings of ancient Nigerian
rock art/inscriptions known as Ikom Monoliths of Cross River
State.
He has bagged several awards and titles
from several Institutions both commercial and government. Some of the
notable awards are “Best Project Manager” by Zen Technologies, “New Nerd on the Block
(2004-2005)” and “Techex Entrepreneur of the Year(2000-2001)”.
A recent addition to his International
titles is the conferment of the World Peace
Ambassadorial 2009 award by the World Peace
Foundation, founded in Japan.
